Los aumentos de sueldos decretados por medio de esta Ley a los empleados permanentes rigen desde el dia 1° de septiembre del presente año.

Parágrafo

El personal nuevo que por esta Ley se crea para el Senado de la República, a saber: Una Mecanógrafa para la Presidencia, otra para la Sección de Leyes y dos Oficiales Escribientes para las Comisiones Tercera y Cuarta, devengarán sueldo únicamente durante las sesiones ordinarias o extraordinarias del Congreso
