Podrán otorgarse a los funcionarios y empleados judiciales comisiones de estudios dentro o fuera del país, remuneradas o no, hasta por el término de un año, prorrogable por otro tanto, de conformidad con el reglamento que se expida. Estas comisiones serán otorgadas por el Consejo Superior de la Escuela Judicial. La autoridad nominadora del funcionario o empleado judicial deberá conceder la respectiva licencia por el término de duración de la comisión.
