Póliza de seguro de vida. La Agencia para a Reincorporación y la Normalización (ARN), adquirirá previa disponibilidad presupuestal, un seguro de vida para el exintegrante de GAO certificado por el CISIL con una cobertura de quince (15) salarios mínimos legales mensuales vigentes, por el término de un (1) año contado a partir de la fecha en que la persona sea certificada por el CISIL.

En el caso de la ocurrencia del siniestro, corresponderá a la familia del exintegrante del GAO, certificado por el CISIL, fallecido, adelantar ante la compañía de seguros los trámites pertinentes para hacer efectiva la póliza.
