La Jurisdicción Especial para la Paz se regirá por los lineamientos establecidos en (i) la Constitución Política, (ii) los Actos Legislativos 1 y 2 de 2017 (iii) las normas sobre procedimiento que se expidan para el funcionamiento de la JEP conforme a lo establecido en el artículo transitorio 12 del Acto Legislativo número 01 de 2017 y lo establecido en esta ley.
