Solicitud de pruebas. En la audiencia a que se refiere el artículo precedente, las partes deberán solicitar todas las pruebas, las cuales serán decretadas durante la misma cuando sean pertinentes y practicadas en un término que no excederá de treinta (30) días, que fijará la Autoridad Ambiental competente en la misma audiencia. Será de cargo del dueño presunto de las aguas la prueba de haberlas usado durante los tres (3) años anteriores.
