SUSPENSION PROVISIONAL DE LA ELECCION: Una vez que la Jurisdicción Contencioso-administrativa disponga la suspensión provisional de la elección de un alcalde, el Presidente de la República o el gobernador según sea el caso, antes de cinco (5) días procederá a tomar las medidas conducentes a ser efectiva la cesación de funciones del mismo durante el tiempo de suspensión, y designará su reemplazo.
