"De conformidad con el concordato, se reconocen efectos civiles a los matrimonios católicos celebrados en cualquier tiempo. Para las demás confesiones religiosas e iglesias, la presente Ley será aplicable una vez cumplidos los requisitos establecidos en el artículo primero de la presente Ley.''
