Los titulares de derechos que pongan fin a la condición de obra huérfana de sus obras u otras prestaciones protegidas recibirán una compensación equitativa por el uso que las entidades a que se refiere el artículo 20 hayan hecho de dichas obras y otras prestaciones protegidas con arreglo al artículo 23 de la presente ley.
