Los funcionarios de la Contraloría General de la República que hayan ejercido el control fiscal en la Industria Militar, así como sus parientes dentro del cuatro grado de consanguinidad y segundo de afinidad no podrán ser nombrados ni prestar sus servicios en ella sino después de un (1) año de producido su retiro.
