Los bienes que constituyan el patrimonio de los establecimientos de educación técnica, así como las transferencias a título gratuito, las herencias y legados a favor de aquellos, estarán exentos de impuestos nacionales, departamentales y municipales. Igualmente quedan libres de todo impuesto los artículos que se importen con destino a los mismos establecimientos, a condición de que esos artículos no se produzcan en Colombia.
