A partir de la vigencia de la presente ley, autorízase al Gobierno nacional para incorporar las asignaciones presupuestales que se requieran para el mantenimiento y mejora de infraestructura o la dotación del museo de Arte con el fin de fortalecer los procesos artísticos y culturales e incentivar el acceso en general a los bienes y servicios culturales de acuerdo con la disponibilidad presupuestal del Marco Fiscal de Mediano plazo.
