Artículo único . Apruébase el Tratado de Amistad, Comercio y Navegación entre la República de Colombia y el Imperio del Japón suscrito en Washington el día 25 de Mayo del año en curso por el señor don Enrique Cortés, Enviado Extraordinario y Ministro Plenipotenciario de Colombia ante el Gobierno de los Estados Unidos de América, y el Barón Takahira Kogoro, Embajador Extraordinario y Plenipotenciario cerca del mismo Gobierno.
