La Corporación cumplirá sus funciones en el territorio del Departamento de Córdoba y podrá ejecutar estudios y obras fuera de dicha jurisdicción, si ello fuere necesario para adelantar los programas de desarrollo aprobados para su territorio. La sede de la Corporación será la ciudad de Montería.
