Modificar el numeral 9.1.1.1 del Decreto 4735 del 2 de diciembre de 2009, el cual quedará así: Los planos georreferenciados deben presentarse a una escala donde se identifiquen las zonas de uso público, las zonas públicas adyacentes y la infraestructura si la hubiere. La georreferencia debe hacerse a partir de puntos geodésicos o topográficos de la red MAGNA-SIRGAS, los cuales se encuentran materializados a través del territorio nacional, utilizando para tal fin las coordenadas suministradas por el Instituto Geográfico Agustín Codazzi.
