Art. 6.º El Gobierno emitirá los títulos de concesión de las cien mil hectáreas de baldíos de que se trata la presente ley, a medida que se vayan ejecutando las obras que por ella se fomentan; y las adjudicaciones de los mencionados baldíos se solicitarán y decretarán conforme a las disposiciones vigentes sobre la materia, sin que en ningún caso pueda adjudicarse á un mismo individuo una extensión mayor de cinco mil hectáreas.
