º El inciso primero del artículo 27 de la Ley 0134 de 1931, quedará así: "Las Sociedades Cooperativas que contra las disposiciones de esta Ley sirvan al público sin dar cumplimiento a lo ordenado en el artículo anterior y en la regla 9ª del artículo 32, no gozarán de los derechos establecidos en los ordinales 4º y 5º del artículo 7º El Gobierno podrá en tal evento aplicar las sanciones señaladas en los artículos 2º y 5º"
