De la vigilancia del proceso de disolución y liquidación . El proceso de disolución y liquidación se llevará a cabo con la vigilancia de la autoridad competente que haya reconocido legalmente la personería jurídica, en orden a garantizar los intereses del sistema de salud, la comunidad beneficiaria y los trabajadores de la institución y de aquellas personas que puedan resultar afectadas con la medida. (Artículo 59 del Decreto 1088 de 1991)
