Artículo segundo. Los fondos asignados para el Acueducto se distribuirán preferencialmente y en su orden a la obra de reconstrucción de los canales conductores del agua desde la bocatoma hasta los tanques de distribución, a la terminación de estos tanques, a la bomba de emergencia, a la compra de la hoya hidrográfica y al sistema de conducción hasta la ciudad. La Junta podrá reintegrar al Municipio las Sumas invertidas por éste en la reconstrucción de los canales y túneles de conducción, en los últimos diez meses.
