Son nulas las inscripciones que los Tribunales Superiores hayan hecho a partir del día 16 de febrero de 1945, para matricular abogados no titulados. Los Tribunales procederán inmediatamente a cancelar dichas matrículas, y darán aviso a todos los Juzgados y Tribunales del país que éstos cancelen, asimismo, los registros que hayan hecho de tales matrículas.
