El perfil profesional policial busca reconocer y ejercitar las aptitudes, fortalecer los valores y afectos, desarrollar las destrezas y habilidades, transmitir y profundizar los conocimientos que necesita una persona para realizar eficientemente su labor. El perfil profesional policial se desarrolla para lograr el cumplimiento de los objetivos y fines institucionales, mediante el crecimiento integral del hombre policía, para que pueda desempeñar eficientemente su rol dentro del contexto institucional y social.
