Se entiende que los Certificados de Reembolso Tributario -CERT- solicitados por las Sociedades de Comercialización Internacional y distribuidos por ellas a sus proveedores en la forma prevista en el artículo anterior, se consideran entregados directamente por el Banco de la República a dichos proveedores, en los montos anotados en la relación de que trata dicho artículo.
