REQUISITOS GENERALES PARA TENENCIA, ALMACENAMIENTO Y TRANSPORTE DE CAFE. Es requisito para el transporte de café, que se haga con destino conocido; su tenencia, almacenamiento o traslado, debe hacerse a nombre propio o de personas cuya existencia física o identidad real se pueda demostrar y con sujeción a las demás normas del presente Decreto y leyes reglamentarias aduaneras. En caso contrario, los hechos se pondrán en conocimiento de las autoridades para la investigación respectiva, en especial para la relacionada con el artículo 6º de la ley 21 de 1977.
