Régimen de transición . Quienes a la fecha de entrada en vigencia del presente Decreto tengan la calidad de concesionarios de servicios de telecomunicaciones que utilicen sistemas monocanales o multicanales de voz y/o datos, continuarán regidos por lo dispuesto en sus respectivos títulos habilitantes, sin perjuicio de que puedan acogerse a la presente norma, mediante solicitud remitida en tal sentido al Ministerio de Comunicaciones. En todo caso, al momento de la solicitud de prórroga del título habilitante, la misma se efectuará conforme a lo dispuesto en el presente decreto.
