Las libranzas mandadas emitir por decreto del Poder Ejecutivo, número 529, de 13 de setiembre de 1876 i que son amortizables con el 25 por 100 de las rentas de Aduanas i Salinas, pueden cambiarse por Pagarés del Tesoro, s iempre que el interesado por cada 100 pesos que reciba en esta clase de documentos consigne 60 en libranzas i 40 en dinero sonante, cediendo a favor del Tesoro los intereses que las mencionadas libranzas hayan devengado.
