Art. 2.° Regirán, en cuanto sean aplicables, las disposiciones de los artículos 16 á 28 del Decreto número 844, de 15 de Octubre ( Diario Oficial número 6,229), relativos á las condiciones en que se efectúe la emisión, reemisión y amortización de los vales de que trata el artículo precedente, excepto en cuanto al número de cupones que cada vale debe llevar adheridos y á la manera de amortizar tales cupones. En efecto, los cupones serán en número de doce, y se admitirán, como los vales á que corresponden, en pago del 20 por 100 de las rentas nacionales.
