Adiciónase el artículo 69 del Decreto 1880 de 1988, en el sentido de incluir como Medalla por Servicios distinguidos prestados a la Institución Militar, la Medalla Militar al "Mérito de la Reserva", la cual sucederá a la Medalla Militar "Servicios Distinguidos al Cuerpo Logístico y Administrativo", con el mismo propósito allí previsto.
