La suspensión de la facultad concedida a las empresas privadas para constituirse en aseguradoras de sus empleados y obreros se decretará por la misma autoridad encargada de concederla, a petición de la parte interesada, de la oficina el trabajo o del respectivo personero, por medio de resolución motivada en vista de los comprobantes que se presenten. La resolución que se dicte será considerada con el Ministerio de Industrias.
