Los visitadores Nacionales serán colaboradores del Registrador Nacional, y los Departamentales, colaboradores de los Delegados Departamentales, con las funciones y deberes que ellos les señalen. La Corte, por la unanimidad de sus miembros, señalará los Visitadores que deberá nombrar cada Delegado Departamental para su respectiva zona.
