Art.10 . El Cuerpo Administrativo no podrá pasar de cuatro Intendentes jenerales, seis Comisarios ordenadores, Seis Tesoreros de guerra, de los cuales uno podrá ser Tesorero Jeneral, en tiempo de guerra, i veinticinco Oficiales de Hacienda, asimilados a Capitanes, Tenientes i Subtenientes, según el destino que ejerzan en cada oficina, a juicio del Poder Ejecutivo nacional.
