° Se entiende por empleo el conjunto de deberes, atribuciones y responsabilidades establecidas por la Constitución, la Ley, el Reglamento, o asignados por autoridad competente, para satisfacer necesidades permanentes de la administración pública -y que deben ser atendidos por una persona natural. Clase es el grupo de .empleos substancialmente, similares en sus funciones e identificados con la misma .denominación.
