El presente decreto entrará en vigencia desde la fecha de su publicación en el Diario Oficial y regirá hasta el 30 de junio de 2020, y modifica en lo pertinente el artículo 1 del Decreto 2153 del 26 de diciembre de 2016 0 las normas que lo modifiquen. Vencido el plazo anterior, se restablecerá la aplicación del Sistema Andino de Franja de Precios.
