La oferta de compra será inscrita en la Oficina de Registro de Instrumentos Públicos correspondiente, dentro de los cinco (5) días hábiles siguientes a su comunicación o a su desfijación según el artículo anterior. Los inmuebles así afectados, quedarán fuera del comercio a partir de la fecha de la inscripción, y mientras subsista esta medida, ninguna autoridad podrá conceder licencia de construcción, de urbanización, permiso de funcionamiento o permiso para adelantar plantación y explotación de bosques sobre el inmueble objeto de la oferta de compra.
