Objeto. La Mesa Permanente de Concertación con los Pueblos y Organizaciones Indígenas tendrá por objeto concertar entre éstos y el Estado todas las decisiones administrativas y legislativas susceptibles de afectarlos, evaluar la ejecución de la política indígena del Estado, sin perjuicio de las funciones del Estado, y hacerle seguimiento al cumplimiento de los acuerdos a que allí se lleguen.
