° Con retroactividad al 1° de enero de 1960 se aumentarán, las pensiones de jubilación e invalidez del personal del ramo docente que, al entrar en vigencia la Ley 87 de 1961 ya hubiere cumplido sesenta (60) años de edad, hasta el equivalente de la mitad del sueldo de actividad asignado a respectivo empleo en el año escolar de 1959.
