Los residentes en el país podrán pagar el valor de sus importaciones en moneda legal colombiana únicamente a través de los intermediarios del mercado cambiario.

Cualquier residente en el exterior podrá adquirir divisas en el mercado cambiario con el producto de sus exportaciones pagadas en moneda legal colombiana.
