ARTICULO 16 . Los conflictos de competencia que se suscitaren entre la jurisdicción ordinaria y la jurisdicción de Orden Público serán dirimidos por la Sala Penal de la Corte Suprema de Justicia de acuerdo con lo dispuesto por el Código de Procedimiento Penal.
