En el caso previsto por el artículo 7.° del Acto Legislativo número 1.° de este año, el Colegio Electoral lo formarán los Consejeros Electorales del Departamento ó de los dos Departamentos excedentes; votarán por el Senador ó Senadores y suplentes respectivos que le corresponda, á razón de uno por cada Departamento; pero esta elección se hará sin sujecion á lo dispuesto en el Artículo 33 de la Ley 42 de 1905 .
