º. Para los efectos del artículo anterior, podrán los expresados Municipios decretar la expropiación de los bienes raíces que requieran para las obras allí indicadas, entendiéndose de utilidad pública o interés social la expropiación de toda el área general de la cual haga parte la porción en que haya de ejecutarse la respectiva obra.
