Se entiende como falta que promueva la acción disciplinaria y en consecuencia, la aplicación del procedimiento aquí establecido, toda violación a las prohibiciones y al Régimen de Inhabilidades e Incompatibilidades, al correcto ejercicio de la actividad o al incumplimiento de las obligaciones impuestas por la presente ley.
