Articulo 1º . Aprobar el Acuerdo número O078 de octubre 13 de 1994, emanado de la Junta Directiva del Instituto Nacional de Vías, INV, y cuyo texto es el siguiente: Instituto Nacional de VíasACUERDO NUMERO 0078 DE 1994 (octubre 13) "por el cual se suprimen algunos cargos de la planta de personal de los Distritos de Obras Públicas de la Subdirección Transitoria del Instituto Nacional de Vías". La Junta Directiva del Instituto Nacional de Vías, INV, en ejercicio de las facultades que le confiere el numeral 5 del artículo 59 del Decreto 2171 de 1992 y en concordancia con lo establecido en el artículo 4º del Decreto 2093 de 1993 y el numeral 12.5 del artículo 12 del Decreto 2663 de 1993, ACUERDA:
