Aprobación del Plan Antievasión. Oído el concepto de la Comisión Nacional Mixta de Gestión Tributaria y Aduanera y realizadas las modificaciones que considere procedentes, el Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público aprobará el Plan Antievasión.
