ARTICULO 23 . REQUERIMIENTO INFORMACIÓN. Cuando por razón de comisiones transitorias del servicio o por la naturaleza del trabajo que realiza un miembro de la institución, se sustraiga del control y observación directa de la respectiva autoridad evaluadora, ésta deberá requerir del superior encargado de observarlo directamente, toda la información que estime necesaria y conducente para la evaluación.
