Transporte Escolar Privado

Transporte escolar privado . En cumplimiento del artículo quinto de la Ley 336, dentro del ámbito del transporte privado, los establecimientos educativos podrán continuar prestando el servicio de transporte exclusivamente a sus alumnos, siempre que los equipos sean propiedad del establecimiento educativo.

Parágrafo

En todo caso es obligación del establecimiento educativo mantenerlo en óptimas condiciones mecánicas y de seguridad y cumplir con los distintivos y requisitos especiales establecidos en los artículos 61, 62 y 63 de este decreto. Los vehículos de propiedad del establecimiento educativo, destinados al transporte privado de sus estudiantes, deberán efectuar su revisión técnico-mecánica anualmente, de acuerdo con la programación que para tal fin establezcan las autoridades de transporte competentes.
