El total de las obligaciones para con el público de los organismos cooperativos de segundo grado e instituciones auxiliares del cooperativismo de carácter financiero, no podrá exceder diez veces el capital mínimo e irreductible y fondo de reserva legal, ambos saneados, de la sección de ahorros.
