Articulo 40. Las cedulas que emita la Caja, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el articulo anterior, tendrán un plazo hasta de veinte años y los bonos hasta de seis. Estos plazos deberán guardar relación con el vencimiento de los créditos correspondientes.
