La preparación intelectual a que se refieren los artículos 5º Y 7º se comprobará con los certificados de los respectivos establecimientos de educación, o con los exámenes intelectuales correspondientes. Los conocimientos en mecánica, motores, radiotelegrafía, enfermería, etc., se comprobarán con los certificados de los establecimientos en donde se hayan adquirido, o con las pruebas teóricas o practicas que sean pertinentes.
