La Junta Directiva Nacional queda facultada para crear Juntas Directivas en los demás terminales, cuando el desarrollo de sus actividades, así la justifique. Cuando no se cree Junta Directiva para un terminal, sus funciones corresponderán a la Junta Directiva Nacional o al Gerente General, conforme a estos estatutos.
