°. A partir de la entrada en vigor del presente decreto, queda estrictamente prohibida la realización de exportaciones de carbón al Estado de Israel bajo cualquier circunstancia. Las autoridades competentes deberán adoptar de manera inmediata y todas las acciones, medidas y procedimientos previstos en la ley, con el fin de garantizar la efectiva aplicación de esta prohibición, sin excepción alguna.
