El crédito adicional que por la suma de seis mil pesos ($ 6,000) ordenó abrir al Presupuesto vigente la Ley 20 de 1931 , para auxiliar a los damnificados pobres por el incendio del Municipio de La Vega, en el Departamento de Cundinamarca, se atenderá también con el saldo sobrante liquidado en las apropiaciones de los Ministerios de Hacienda e Industrias (Decreto ejecutivo número 2165 de 1930).
