Artículo único. El Gobierno procederá, por medio de sus agentes, á expropiar todo el papel de imprenta é fin de atender con él á las publicaciones oficiales. Este papel sera avaluado, antes de la expropiación, por dos peritos, para fijar su equitativo precio. El Director del Cuerpo de Policía Nacional queda encargado de hacer cumplir el presente Decreto. Comuníquese y publíquese.
